Over more than 14 years of experience, I’ve worked in different sectors and companies, from small startups to large corporations.

My professional journey spans a wide range of industries, providing me with a comprehensive understanding of the challenges and opportunities in the field of Human Resources. I’ve had the privilege of working in companies across various sectors, including technology, manufacturing, financial services, and, of course, the healthcare sector, where I worked for the past 13 years. Each experience has enriched my knowledge and skills in talent management and organizational development.

While I’ve worked in different sectors, my experience in the healthcare sector has been particularly rewarding and challenging. During my time working with hospitals and healthcare clinics, I’ve faced the unique challenges of HR management in medical settings. From recruiting highly qualified professionals to managing staffing schedules for 24/7 care, I’ve developed effective strategies to address the specific needs of this sector.

Currently, I’m based in Orlando, Florida, where I work as an independent Human Resources consultant. From here, I continue to serve and contribute to companies in my home country of Puerto Rico remotely, as well as local businesses. Through my consultancy, I offer specialized services in recruitment, organizational development, talent management, and labor law compliance. Working independently has allowed me to apply my knowledge and experience flexibly and adaptively, helping diverse organizations effectively achieve their HR goals.
